Our IT provider Medialog, which publishes our hotel management software, suffered a cyberattack between September 27 and October 5, 2026. The data in our customer records and upcoming reservations may be affected (identity, contact details, booking information). According to Medialog, no banking data or identity documents are affected.
Please stay vigilant: be wary of any emails, text messages or calls that mention your stay and ask for a payment or for you to click on a link. Our hotel will never ask for your bank details by email, text message or messaging app. If in doubt, please contact us directly.
