Reservation Policies:
To guarantee your reservation, we ask for your credit card number and expiration date. Payment is made directly to the hotel. Check-in from 2pm. In case of early arrival you can leave your luggage in the storage room. Departure before 12:00pm.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your reservation without charge until 48 hours before arrival. After this deadline or in case of no-show at the hotel, the first night will be charged. 

For non-refundable, non-cancellable offers, cancellation is not possible.

Customers are reminded that, in accordance with article L. 121-21-8 12°of the Consumer Code, they do not have a right of withdrawal as provided for in article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. The Terms and Conditions of Sales for the selected price ‘specify the procedures for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
